Not happy with your purchase? Please contact us and we will work with you for a resolution.

We will gladly refund or exchange any unwashed & unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Just want to return it? Not a problem. Receive a refund back to your original form of payment minus an estimated shipping fee.

This policy applies to domestic Canadian orders only.

Items that are listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Once the item has been returned to the sender, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Ruckess is not responsible for any lost or return packages. Refunds will only be granted once the merchandise has been received and evaluated as being in its original, unused condition.
